Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of FIR dated 23.10.2025 bearing FIR/Case Crime No.0323 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352 and 126(2) of B.N.S., registered at Police Station- Rampur Kalan, District- Sitapur. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions sent by Shri Om Prakash Singh, Sub-Inspector, Police Station- Rampur Kalan, District- Sitapur dated 07.12.2025, states that charge sheet dated 28.10.2025 has been submitted before the Supervisory Authority. 4. Upon the same being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not intend to press the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to pursue other remedy as may be available to them under law. 5.
