This petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Abdul Ali @ Abdul Gani, has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Murajhar P.S. Case No. 115/2025, under Section 61(2)/316(2)/318(4)/308(4) of BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted that pursuant to grant of interim pre-arrest bail on 09.09.2025, the petitioner has appeared before the I/O and his statement has been recorded accordingly – which is confirmed by the learned Addl. P.P. Mr. P. Borthakur. 4. It is stated that the stolen vehicle Baleno car have been recovered. Investigation has seen reasonable progress. 5. In such view of the matter, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 09.09.2025 is hereby made absolute with the following conditions:- (i) shall co-operate with the remaining part of the investigation, (ii) shall not hamper or tamper with evidence.
