Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J Learned proxy counsel for the respondent-corporation has placed on record office communication dated 05.03.2025 and on that basis submits that amount of DCRG and leave encashment due to the petitioner has now been paid to him. 2. Learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that retiral benefits claimed by the petitioner now stand paid to him. In respect of Relief No.(iv) prayed for by the petitioner in the writ petition, learned proxy counsel further submits that on account of recent enactment, i.e. the Himachal Pradesh Recruitment and 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 Conditions of Service of Government Employees Act, 2024, the writ petition, in its present form, cannot proceed ahead, therefore, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh, in accordance with law, inter alia, assailing the aforesaid enactment for claiming Relief No.(iv). Prayer is accepted. 2. Granting such liberty in respect of Relief No.(iv), the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
