Heard the parties.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 67 of 2025 arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 191(1), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 118(1) and 109(1) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Dumka. On 09.11.2024, the petitioners along with co-accused persons stabbed the son of the informant Nilesh Kumar Mandal, due to which he succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that statement of Anand Kumar Pandit has been recorded during the investigation, in which he has specifically stated that co-accused Shivam Rana and Mithun Yadav had assaulted the deceased, due to which he died.
In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Dumka in connection with S.T. No. 67 of 2025 arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024.
