Anil Tiwari) relating to under Section 420 IPC related to Police Station Motigarpur, District Sultanpur, which is pending before opposite party no.2, in the interest of justice. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2017 without any substantial progress. The evidence is going on and more than 10 years have passed but the trial is still not concluded. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, in accordance with law. 5. This application stands disposed of.
