Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be allowed to make a representation to the authority qua change in the station where she stands posted. She further submitted that such representation has already been filed. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. In light of the fact that the petitioner stands promoted, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. 3. As far as the representation filed by the petitioner is concerned, the authority shall take appropriate decision thereupon within a period of three weeks from today and adjust the petitioner accordingly if possible. 4.
