Supplementary affidavit and counter affidavit filed today in Court are taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 3. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.94 of 2025, under Section 87, 137(2), 65(1) of BNS and Section 5j(ii), 6 of POCSO Act, P.S. Asiwan, District Unnao. 4. The FIR in question was lodged alleging that daughter of the informant was enticed by the applicant. Subsequently, it is stated through supplementary affidavit that the informant as well as the victim both have not supported the prosecution story. 5. In view of the said statement, the applicant who is in custody since 16.04.2025 and has no criminal antecedents is entitled to be enlarged on bail. In view thereof, the application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant Rizwan be released on bail in aforesaid FIR number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties of Rs.20,000/- each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Sudhir Kumar Rai Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
