Baruah, learned counsel for the petitioners, who by means of this petition has alleged wilful and deliberate disobedience to a judgment and order dated 21.09.2023 passed by this Court in WP(C)/1833/2018. When this matter had come up for consideration on 19.09.2025, this Court had however observed that the petition was barred by limitation and accordingly the learned counsel, Shri Baruah had sought time to obtain instructions. Shri Baruah, the learned counsel has submitted that presently there are no materials to overcome the aspect of limitation and accordingly, he begs to withdraw this petition with liberty.
