Heard Sri RV. Sai Rajesh, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondents 1 to 4; and Sri R.Kalyan Chakravarthy, learned Standing Counsel, for respondents 5 to 7. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 5 to 7, on instructions, submits that already necessary steps have been taken for release of aforesaid differential gratuity amount and the same is likely to take four to six weeks for crediting to the account of the petitioner. 4. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Standing Counsel and having regard to the fact that there is no dispute with respect to the quantum of amount claimed, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 5 to 7 to pay/release the admitted differential gratuity amount in terms of 6**^ respondent’s proceedings, dated 2 06.11.2024, within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
