Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Piyush Kumar,learned counsel for he State and perused the record. Instant writ petition has been filed with the following main relief :- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Opposite Parties No.3 to consider and decide the grievance for providing all service benefits after treating her service either from 2-1-2012 or from the date other candidates selected by selection committee-2011 have been given the benefit within such time, as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has placed his claim before the opposite party no. 3/District Inspector of Schools, Ayodhya, while requesting that the grievance for providing all service benefits after taking her services either from 02-01-2002 or from the date the other selected candidates by the selection committee-2011, be decided and in furtherance thereof, the District Inspector of Schools,Ayodhya has proceeded and two dates have been fixed, but, the final order has not been passed as yet. He submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the opposite party no. 3 to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Ankit Pande, Rani Vijay Laxmi Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Divya Singh .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Secondary Edu. Lko And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) consider and decide the claim of the petitioner, which has been placed vide representation dated 20-02-2025 within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. Learned counsel for the opposite parties have no objection to the contentions aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, the opposite party no. 3/District Inspector of Schools, Ayodhya, is directed to conclude the proceedings on the representation of the petitioner dated 20-02-2025 within a period of two months, in accordance with law, from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him,if the proceeding is actually going on the representation as stated above.
