This Special Appeal bearing No.772 of 2008 [U.P. State Bridge Corporation Limited Thru M.D. vs. Vaidya Nath Mishra And Ors.] was connected with Special Appeal No.432 of 2008 which in turn was connected with several other appeals, leading appeal being Special Appeal No.64 of 2006 [State of U.P. & Ors. vs. Prabhu Narain Sharma & Ors.]. The bunch of said appeals was decided vide judgment and order dated 23.07.2010 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench. Copy of the said order has been placed before us after downloading if from the computer records. We find that the number of present special appeal bearing No.772 (S/B) of 2008 is mentioned in the said judgment as one of the appeals at Sl. No.181 which was decided by a common judgment dated 23.07.2010 and learned counsel for the appellants has placed before us a copy of an order dated 23.07.2010 passed in this very appeal to the effect - "Allowed vide our order of date passed on separate sheets contained in Special Appeal No.64 of 2006; State of U.P. and others vs. Prabhu Narain Sharma and others" downloaded from the website of the High Court but hardcopy of the said order is not available on this file. 3. Nevertheless, from what has been noticed hereinabove, it appears that this appeal was also disposed of vide judgment dated 23.07.2010 along with other appeals. As the hardcopy is not available on records, we, accordingly, provide that this appeal shall be treated Versus Counsel for Appellant(s) : Ajai Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., S.R.
