2. Heard Sri K. Revanth Kamalakar,
learned counsel representing Sri Manoj Kumar Bethapudi,
learned counsel for petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Services-IV for respondents.
3. Petitioner was initially appointed as Junior Assistant in the year 1984 and was subsequently promoted as Senior Assistant in the year 2005 and as Administrative Officer in the year 2017. He claims to be falling under the zone of
consideration for next promotion post of Divisional Panchayat Officer. The provisional seniority list of Administrative Officers of Zone-11 was prepared and objections were called for. The petitioner, who was placed at SI.No.8 in the said list, has submitted objections inter alia stating that persons, who are juniors to him, were placed at SI.Nos.1 to
7.
3 s CGRJ W.P.No.l3433of2025 However, his objections were rejected and the seniority list was confirmed, assailing which the petitioner preferred appeal before 1 respondent on 20.03.2023, which is pending consideration. St
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s appeal.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that the petitioner’s appeal would be disposed of by respondent in accordance with law.
5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, with the consent of both

learned counsel, the Writ Petition is
disposed of, at the admission stage, directing the respondent to pass appropriate speaking orders on the petitioner’s appeal dated 20.03.2023, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
