The petitioner is unable to execute the blood related surety, hence seeks modification. 3. Considering the submissions made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition imposed in Paragraph No.7(b) reads as follows: ....(b) The petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail, on their executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- ( Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each in which one surety must be a family member, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Magalir Neethimandram, Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District. ..... https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 18922 of 2025 4.
