Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The instant Habeas Corpus petition has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :- "I. Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus commanding the opposite party Nos. 3 to 6 to produce the detenue- Mr. Aaquib Zia Khan before the Hon'ble Court who is in their illegal custody and set him at liberty;" On account of some formal defects crept in the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present Habeas Corpus petition with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with the application to the learned counsel for the petitioner as per rules.
