This petition has been filed with the following prayer(s):- "(i) Issue of a writ order or directions in nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no. 2 to 9 for granting license for running Animal Market (for sheep and goat) on his land bearing gata NO.103, 116 and 118 situated at Village Paroma, Pargana - Paschim Rath, Tehsil Bikapur, Distt. - Ayodhya. (ii) Issue of a writ order or directions in nature of Oath Commissioner Mandamus commanding the opposite parties no. 2 to to decide the pending representation of the petitioner as Dath Com contained in annexure not to this writ petition" 2. Heard Shri Vikas Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Rajiv Narayan Pandey, who has appeared on behalf of the respondent/Zila Panchayat, Ayodhya. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has applied for grant of licence for running farmhouse for sheep and goat on his land, but the said application has not been decided till date. 4. Shri Rajiv Narayan Pandey, learned counsel for the Nagar Nigam on the basis of Annexure No. 5 to the petition says that the police has submitted an adverse report, as a result whereof the licence cannot be granted. However, he admits that the application of the petition has not been decided.. Learned Standing Counsel has informed this Court that the perusal of Annexure No. 5 would show that it is some report(s) submitted on the basis of complaint made under IGRS. 6. We dispose of the petition with a direction to the Station House Officer, Police Station Bikapur, District Ayodhya to submit a proper report to the Zila Panchyat, Ayodhya within fifteen days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
