GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent for not considering and registering the complaint dated 31-08-2020 lodged by the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, contrary to Art. 14 and 2(of the Constitution of India and violation of Hon’ble Apex Full Court order in Lalitha Kumari vs Govt. Of U.P and Ors and it is disobedience by police for not following Lalitha Kumari order of Hon’ble Apex Court and consequently direct the respondents to register a crime against culprits named in the complaint and investigate into the matter by following due process of law.” 2 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, the matter is purely of civil nature and the Respondent – Police never interfere with the civil disputes between the parties. 3.
