Case No. 34 of 2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 28 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 65(1), 238, 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under Section 4, 6, 8 and 17 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Exclusive (POCSO) Court, Jamshedpur, Singhbhum East. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away 13-years old minor daughter of the informant. Later on, the victim returned home, but she was bleeding from her private part. On enquiry, it transpired that the petitioner had sexually assaulted her. 4. In view of the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
