Instant bail applications have been filed by the petitioners under Section 483 B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.82/2025 registered at Police Station Kaithwada, District Deeg for offences under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 308(2), 61(2)(k) of B.N.S. and Sections 66D, 66E and 67A of IT Act. 2. Counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 29.04.2025; investigation has completed, there are no previous criminal antecedents of petitioners, therefore, petitioners be released on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail applications. 4. Heard counsel for petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 5. Having considered the facts that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 29.04.2025; there are no criminal antecedents of petitioners; conclusion of trial will take considerable time, but without commenting on merits of the case, [2025:RJ-JP:23634] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-6428/2025] this Court deems it just and proper to release the petitioners on bail. 6.
