Appeal dated 29.03.2025 without lawful jurisdiction or authority as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 19 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and contrary to the express provisions of the Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1948 and consequently set aside proceedings issued by the 3'^ respondent vide D.Dis.No. 1930/2024/ROR.Appeal dated 29.03.2025 and pass such other order. ’’ 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent Nos.5 and 6 preferred an appeal before the 3'^^ respondent seeking for deletion of the revenue entries pertaining to the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.25.24 cents in Sy.No.05, Brahamanapalli Village from the revenue records, against which the name of the petitioner and other legal heirs have been rightfully entered. The 3'^'^ respondent without having any authority entertained the appeal and subsequently passed the order dated 29.03.2025. Hence, the Writ Petition. in / 4. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents submits that if the petitioner has any grievance against the order passed by the 3'^'^ respondent, he can challenge the same by filing revision petition before the competent authority/2 petitioner files any revision petition, the 2""' respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the petitioner to file a revision petition before the 2""^ respondent, within a period of three(3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After filing the same, the 2""^ respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of six(6) moths thereafter. Till then, status-quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained by the respondents in respect of the revenue entries of the subject property. 6.
