By suppressing the same, this petition has been filed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he was not aware of the earlier dismissal order. However upon perusal of the order, it was revealed that this petition had been filed after collecting the vakalat, so he cannot say he was not aware of the previous dismissal order. 3.In view of the above, I am of the view that the petition is liable for dismissal.
