Heard Sri Chandan Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitionerand perused the material brought on record. 2. In view of the proposed order being passed, notice to respondents No. 4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of the present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "1. To issue suitable direction thereby directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division), South Court No. 24, Sultanpur decide the Civil Suit No. 940/2022 "Sant Kumar Vs. Ved Prakash Tiwari and another" within shortest time as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 4. The submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is that since the filing of the aforesaid suit in the month of July 2022, the same is pending for consideration. He further submits that most of the days, the matter has been adjourned by giving general dates. It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the opposite parties were served notice through publication in the local newspaper. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to the Court concerned to decide the said suit expeditiously. 5. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose would be served to keep this petition pending. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Chandan Tiwari, Ashutosh Shukla, Atul Kumar Pathak, Shivam Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : Sant Kumar .....Petitioner(s) Ved Prakash Tiwari And Another .....Respondent(s) direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), South, Court No. 24, Sultanpur to decide the said Civil Suit No. 940/2022 expeditiously strictly in accordance with law after affording due opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties.
