ADDL ADVOCATE GENERAL The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the 2nd and 3rd Respondents in discontinuing the services of Petitioners as Paramedical staff in the PHCs / CHCs of Nellore, Guntur and Prakasam Districts on the ground of non-release of funds by the 1st respondent due to the non-appointment of Medical Officers by the 2nd and 3rd respondents in such PHCs / CHCs as arbitrary, unreasonable and unconstitutional and to issue a consequential direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to continue the engagement of the petitioners as Paramedical staff by filling up the vacancies of Medical Officers under the National Rural Health Mission, Ayush Scheme, sponsored by the Ist respondent, in the PHCs / CHCs of Nellore, Guntur and Prakasam Districts.” 2 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.P.Priyanvita, learned counsel representing Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, no further orders are required as the matter has become infructuous. 3. Learned Assistant Solicitor General would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
