The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the application dated 12/3/2022 submitted SMT NIRMALA RAO 2 by the petitioner for decision on the disciplinary case of the petitioner, payment of the salary, and joining. (Annexure P/1) 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to decide the disciplinary case of the petitioner, and give payment of the salary, and joining to the petitioner. 10.3 That, any other relief which this Hon'ble court deems fit in the present facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, who is holding the post of Assistant Teacher in Government Primary School, Bijor, Block Belha, District Bilaspur was placed under suspension. She would submit that the petitioner could not join the services from 2010 to 2018 and therefore, an enquiry was initiated by the Competent Authority. He would submit that the petitioner has not been paid salary since rejoining. She would submit that further a direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the pending application dated 12.3.2022. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State would oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents present on record. 5. The petitioner has raised various grievances in the representation dated 12.3.2022 addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Belha, which, according to the petitioner has not been decided yet. Therefore, this petition at this juncture, is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the application moved by the 3 petitioner dated 12.3.2022, expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law.
