filed, the said application has been registered which is evident from the case number itself. 6. Accordingly, considering the fact that grievance of petitioner stands redressed, no further directions are required to be passed in the present matter. 7. It is expected that the Tehsildar, Tehsil - Alapur, District - Ambedkar Nagar shall proceed to consider and decide Case No. T 202504040414421 - Radhika Devi Vs. Rakesh and Others, expeditiously, in accordance with law. 8. It is a matter of serious concern that the applications filed by the aggrieved persons/petitioners are not registered or registered after such delay of two years, which is certainly not acceptable. 9.
Accordingly, the District Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar is directed to conduct inquiry in the matter to determine the reasons as to why application for recall was registered after lapse of two years and he should take action against concerned officers/officials who are responsible for such delay. 10.
