Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for following relief(s):- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the opposite party No.5 to forthwith grant the minimum of the pay scale of Rs.18000/- as per the 7th Pay Commission, along with arrears since March, 2018 to the petitioner on Class IV Post, in terms of the judgment and order dated 17.11.2018, rendered by this Hon'ble High Court at Allahabad in Writ - A No. 11964 of 2018 (Mohan Swaroop and another versus State of U.P. & Others)." 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.5 i.e. Divisional Forest Officer, Social Forestry, Forest Range, Sultanpur, who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
