Learned Deputy Solicitor General of India puts in appearance on behalf of all the respondents and submits that he does not have any objection if the delay is condoned. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and after going through the contents of this application, we deem it appropriate to allow the prayer for condonation of delay.
