The present Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicants seeking anticipatory bail under Sections 109, 115(2), 118(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(2) and Section 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in Case Crime No.12 of 2025, registered at Police Station Khanpur, District Haridwar. 2. Heard Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for applicants, Mr. G.S. Sandhu, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, learned Brief Holder for respondent and Mr. Nivesh Bahuguna, learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Siddharth Bankoti, learned counsel for informant. 3. Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sharma, Advocate, on instruction, has requested to permit the applicants to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail 2025:UHC:1705 application with better particulars. 4. The said request has not been opposed by the respondents. 5. The present Application (No.134 of 2025), filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the applicants to file a fresh anticipatory bail application, as prayed, but in accordance with law.
