The record indicates that this Court by means of the order dated 29.08.2025, after hearing the parties, found that it is a fit case for being referred to the arbitrator and the Court had proposed the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Devi Prasad Singh (Retd. Judge of this Court) to act as a proposed arbitrator and sought his consent. The record indicates that by means of the letter dated 20.09.2025, the consent has been received. Accordingly, the Court appoints Hon'ble Mr. Justice Devi Prasad Singh (Retd. Judge of this Court) (R/o 31-B Laxamanpuri Colony, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, 226016 (U.P), 8005498811), as an Arbitrator, who shall enter into the reference and decide the same. The office of this Court is directed to communicate the order passed today to Hon'ble Mr. Justice Devi Prasad Singh (Retd. Judge of this Court) (R/o 31-B Laxamanpuri Colony, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, 226016 (U.P), 8005498811), who shall enter into the reference and decide the dispute arising in between the parties.
