Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation on 26.06.2025 to the 2 nd respondent and since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 26.06.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to the 4 th and 5 th respondents and final orders shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 4/6 WP No. 42271 of 2025 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
