In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the appeal dated 06.01.2025 preferred by the petitioner before the 2""' respondent, after providing opportunitvt of .hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
