Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State, Mr. V.P. Nag, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 5 and perused the record. Instant petition has been filed with the following prayers:- " i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to take decision upon reply darted 13.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner to the show cause notice dated 26.06.2025 issued by opposite party no.5 in accordance with law expeditiously within time fixed by this Hon'ble court. ii. Pass any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." It is contended by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is that show cause notice has been issued to the petitioner, whereafter, reply dated 13.07.2025 was submitted by the petitioner, but no decision has been taken as yet. He submitted that respondent no. 3 may be directed to take decision on the reply given on show cause notice, within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the opposite parties have no objection to the contention aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into the merit of the case, the respondent no. 3/ Managing Director, U.P. Seed Development Corporation, Ayodhya Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Krishna Madhav Shukla, Shashi Kant Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., V.P. Nag Rajnish Kumar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Agriculture Deptt., Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) Road, Mahanagar, Lucknow, is hereby directed to take decision on show cause notice, wherein, reply was given by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks, in accordance with law, from the date, a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
