The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber P.S. Case No. 36 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 111(2)(b), 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 66(B)(C) (D) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. On 09.05.2025, Cyber Police, Jamtara on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals had assembled near forest area of Village Pipratand (Banspahari), raided the place of occurrence and apprehended these petitioners alongwith co-accused persons. On search, two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of each petitioner. 4. It was submitted that no victim has turned up to claim that mobile phones, which were recovered from possession of the petitioners, were used in cheating of anyone. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber P.S.
