The administrator states that Plot No.124 of the said layout continues to be vacant and the petitioner can take possession of the same at any time he pleases. It is categorically stated that the property is not occupied or encroached upon by Arulmighu Sri Devi Karumariamman Temple as alleged in the writ petition. 2. In the light of the stand taken by the first respondent, the petitioner is entitled to the plot allotted to him bearing No.124, Tamil Nadu Secretariat Staff Cooperative Housing Society, Okkiam Thoraipakkam Village, Kancheepuram District.
