HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 1177 of 2025 Court No. - 27 HON'BLE MANJIVE SHUKLA, J. 1. Shri Pradeep Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the revisionist, after arguing at some length, has submitted that the revisionist does not want to press this criminal revision on merits. He further submits that the Appellate Court vide order dated 14.07.2025 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 25 of 2025, Gulam Sabir @ Sonu Vs. State of U.P. & Others, had recalled ex-parte order dated 15.05.2024, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 20,000/- within a period of two months but the said period had already expired, therefore, this Court may extend that period so that the revisionist may deposit the amount before the Trial Court and his matter may be heard and decided on merits. 2. Keeping in view, the innocuous prayer made on behalf of the revisionist, this criminal revision is disposed of with a direction that if the revisionist deposits Rs. 20,000/- pursuant to the order dated 14.07.2025 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 25 of 2025 within a period of two months from today, the Trial Court shall proceed to hear and decide the original matter on merits.
