The applicant has approached this Court for getting a direction issued to opposite party no.1 to expeditiously decide the Complaint No. 1530 of 2024, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. now Section 144 BNSS, (Sadiya Bano Vs. Ahmar Khan) within a time frame which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. The aforesaid case of the applicant is pending since 2024 without any substantial progress. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the wife and it is a matrimonial dispute.
