GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING 3 The Court made the following ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Sasanka Bhuvanagiri, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri P.Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. 2. Sri P.Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer, PRI Division, Narasaraopet, dated 30.06.2025. A copy of it is supplied to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, and the same is taken on record. 3. The Payment Summary would indicate that the total value of work done by the Petitioner is for an amount of Rs.18,67,894/-, and the government deductions are for a sum of Rs.4,38,722/-. The Respondents, therefore, admitted the claim made by the Petitioner for a sum of Rs.14,29,172/-. 4. In view of the admitted claim of Rs.14,29,172/- towards full and final settlement, the Respondents are directed to complete the entire administrative process, intra-department and inter-department, within a period of twelve (12) weeks, by way of Cooperation and Co- ordination, and transfer the said amount to the account of the Petitioner within four (4) weeks thereafter. 5. The Petitioner is directed to furnish the bank details to the Competent Authority to enable them to transfer the amount within the time specified by this Court. 4 6. With these directions and observations, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 7.
