Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Pradeed Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent(s) and perused the record. Instant petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- "1.) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to consider and decide the claim of petitioner for payment of arrears of salary, increments, Assured Career Progression and other financial benefits consequential to the service rendered by him. ii.) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature which this Hon'ble High Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, in favour of the petitioner. iii.) Cost of the Writ Petition may be awarded in favour of the petitioner." After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2025 within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into the merit of the case, the respondent no.2/Regional Manager U.P.
