Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned State Counsel and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with the following main prayer:- " Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to: Direct the opposite party to decide the Regular Suit No. 178 of 2023 (Pati Ram vs Jai Ram and others) pending before the opposite party i.e. Civil Judge (Junior Division) Haveli, Faizabad, District Ayodhya within a period of three months (contained as Annexure No. 5 to this petition), in the interest of justice" 3. The petitioner has approached this court too early for issuing any such direction to the trial court for taking final decision in the Regular Suit No. 178 of 2033 i.e. within a period of three months, as the said suit has been filed only about two and a half years ago. 4. The writ petition being devoid of merits hence dismissed.
