Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following main relief:- "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties to step up the salary of the petitioners equivalent to their junior w.e.f. 29.03.2017 & 20.03.2017 and make payment of arrear of salary alongwith interest and pay them regular monthly salary accordingly within stipulated period to be specified by this Hon'ble Court taking into consideration of Para 1 (19) of Govt order dated 05.11.2014, Govt order dated 29.03.2016 & Govt order dated 02.05.2022 issued by the State Govt. " 3. Since considering petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representations before concerned authority. In case such representations are filed, the same are required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously in light of Government Order dated 02.05.2022, in case the same is applicable, within a period of eight weeks from receipt of representation(s) of petitioners along with a certified copy of this order.
