This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for granting permission to implead Sri Narayan Konwar, IAS, Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Department of School Education, Dispur, Guwahati-06, as respondent No. 2 in the Cont. Cas. (C) No. 431/2022. 3. Mr. Khandakar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the Cont. Cas. (C) No. 431/2022, Mr. Narayan Konwar was not impleaded as respondent/contemnor No. 2 and to decide the Cont. Cas. (C) No. 431/2022, there is a requirement of impleading Mr. Narayan Konwar as the Contemnor No. 2 and accordingly, he contended to allow this petition. 4. Mr. Borah, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/contemnor submits that he has no objection. Page No.# 3/3 5. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for both the parties and also considering the facts and circumstances on record, this application stands allowed. 6. In terms of the above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of. 8. Mr. Khandakar, learned counsel for the applicant shall file amended cause title in the Cont. Cas.
