Sultana, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Komma Vijaya Rajkumar, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Sri Sk. Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings and Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning. 2. Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Principal Secretary to Government, dated 10.10.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that the Net Amount payable to the Writ Petitioner is Rs.17,51,150/-. 4. Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning would also point out that the Writ Petitioner is in fact claiming Rs.47,07,621/- which is the Contract Value as reflected in Para 4 of the Affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition. 5. On query made by this Court, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, on Instructions, submits that the Writ Petitioner is agreeable to accept Net Amount of Rs.17,51,150/- as full and final settlement. 6. Having recorded the same, there shall be a direction to the Department of Finance to complete the entire administrative process, both inter- 3 departmental and intra-departmental within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today by mutual cooperation and coordination between the departments and transfer the Net Amount of Rs.17,51,150/- as full and final settlement to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter. 7. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the bank account details to the Competent Authority within a period of two (02) weeks from today. 8. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 9.
