It is further noted that the petitioner has already filed an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Commercial Court. 3. We are of the view that the writ proceedings are not maintainable and the petitioner should exercise his right for seeking stay of the arbitration award before the said Commercial Court. 4.
