In this petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to change the khatha in respect of land bearing Sy.No.85 measuring 16 guntas situate at Ravuthanahalli, Dasanapura-3 Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk, on the basis of the registered Sale Deed dated 15.03.2007, in his favour. 2. In view of the fact that the petitioner is seeking for change of khatha on the basis of the registered Sale Deed and that there is an order passed by the Assistant Commissioner to effect change of khatha in respect of land in question in favour of the petitioner, the Tahsildar is directed to consider the request of the petitioner and the order of the Assistant Commissioner and change the khatha in the name of the petitioner on the basis of the registered Sale Deed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
