The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, as directed by this Court, the respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.13 of 2024 and filed the final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Alandur on 25.07.2025. However, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, St.Thomas Mount, by proceedings dated 07.08.2025, had nominated the respondent to re-investigate in the said case. Accordingly, the respondent conducted a re-investigation and filed a charge sheet before the Additional Mahila Court, Alandu, on 19.11.2025 and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.
