Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.0061 of 2025 under sections 64(2)(m) BNS and section 5/6(L) POCSO Act, P.S. Tulsipur, District Balrampur. 3. It is argued that earlier the applicant was enlarged on bail vide order dated 27.10.2025 passed in Bail Application No.6535 of 2025 under sections 137(2), 87, 64(1) BNS and section 3/4 POCSO Act. Subsequently, the charges were framed in other sections of the BNS. 4. Considering the fact that the applicant was earlier enlarged on bail, he is entitled for the bail in the newly charged sections also. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Bablu Kumar @ Bablu Verma be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number on the same terms and conditions. However, the surety furnished by the applicant earlier shall be the valid surety in the present case also.
