Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) and 62 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016. 3. As per the prosecution case, 12 liters mahua mitha ghol and other incriminating articles were recovered from the place of occurrence. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. 5. Learned counsel for the State submits that the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11550 of 2025(2) dt.21-03-2025 2/2 petitioner is involved in the manufacturing and business of illicit liquor and the petitioner has two criminal antecedents of similar nature. 6.
