Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging order dated 04.11.2025 with respect to posting of petitioner at Shravasti. 3. Petitioner is granted liberty to implead the Chief Engineer, Devi Patan (Gonda) Region, Public Works Department, Gonda as opposite party no.4 during course of the day. Notice on behalf of newly impleaded opposite party has been accepted by learned State Counsel. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner at the very outset submits that impugned order has been passed pertaining to posting of petitioner pursuant to his promotion on 04.11.2025 on the post of Head Assistant. It is submitted that due to certain family conditions, petitioner is seeking retention in District Bahraich. 5. Since aforesaid grievance would come within realm of administrative discretion, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before authority concerned who shall consider and decide the same expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Virendra Pratap Singh Yadav, Beena Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
