The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hazzaribag Sadar P.S. Case No.393 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 2214 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 305(a) and 331(4) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Hazaribag. On 12.10.2024, petitioner is alleged to have committed theft in the house of the informant. During the course of investigation, some of the stolen jewelleries were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2024. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Hazaribag, in connection with Hazzaribag Sadar P.S.
