JUSTICE D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY Suo Motu TR.No.15927 of 2025 (CC.439/2024 of District Munsif -Cum- Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvennainallur, Thiruvennainallur Taluk, Villupuram) For Petitioner : Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar Government Advocate (Crl.side) ORDER This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2. The case was registered in Cr.No.310 of 2015 dated 10.05.2015. After completion of investigation, it was charge-sheeted under Section 279, 338 and 304(A) of Indian Penal Code, 1860. In this case, along with the deceased, the Accused was also severely injured and he is taking protracted treatment. It can be seen that the medical records were also filed before the Court. In view of the special nature in which the Accused was not even able to attend the Court, I am of the view that there is no point in pursuing the case further. 3. In respect of the deceased, already award has been passed by the Tribunal. In view thereof, there is no useful purpose is served in continuing the case further. This is a fit case for exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal procedure. Accordingly, the case in CC.439/2024 on the file of the District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvennainallur, Thiruvennainallur Taluk, Villupuram shall stand quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stand disposed of. 08.10.2025 shl Note to the Trial Court: This order is digitally signed and communicated electronically alone.
