Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents no.1 to 3, and Mohd. Yasin, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4. 2. Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the first information report dated 11.06.2025 bearing no.0121, under Sections 191 (2), 333, 115 (2), 352 & 351 (3) of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Sammanpur, District Ambedkar Nagar. Further prayer is for a mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance to the aforesaid FIR. 3. Upon filing of the petition, it was contended that the petitioner and respondent no.4 have entered into a compromise vide the compromise deed dated 04.07.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-2 to the petition. 4. This Court vide order dated 30.10.2025 had required the compromise deed to be placed before the learned Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of the said compromise. 5. In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 30.10.2025 the Senior Registrar of this Court vide his report dated 03.11.2025 has verified the compromise between the petitioner and respondent no.4. 6. As per the said compromise, the petitioner and respondent no.4 have Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rakesh Pratap Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Mohd.Yasin Mahendra Kumar And Others .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko And Others .....Respondent(s) agreed to end the dispute between themselves amicably. 7. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed. The proceedings of first information report dated 11.06.2025 bearing no.0121, under Sections 191 (2), 333, 115 (2), 352 & 351 (3) of B.N.S., lodged at Police Station Sammanpur, District Ambedkar Nagar, are quashed.
